Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has just confirmed the report by Behind Nollywood, which during the weekend explained how he was attacked and brutalized by some cultists in Enugu.
He was attacked on his way coming back from Director cum producer, Ernest Obi's set when some unknown cultists cornered and brutalized him with weapons.
For Behind Nollywood, this information was availed to them when they visited the coal city of Enugu to record making of the ongoing shoot, but got disappointed with the development, which however stopped production as he was playing one of the major roles.
BN first made a tweet of it through their twitter handle, @BehindNollywood stating: "We couldn't bring the enthralling behind the scenes of Ernest Obi's ongoing movie, because of Yul Edochie's attack by unknown gunmen."
Confirming this report through his social media handle, Yul wrote: "It's no rumour. I was attacked by armed robbers, Friday. I escaped wit dis cut on my ear n bruises.thank God."
